Deze keer richt ik de spots op de Braziliaanse zangeres Ivete Maria Dias de Sangalo Cady uit Juazeiro-Bahia, die onder haar artiestenaam Ivete Sangalo al vanaf 1993 muzikaal actief is. Ze is afkomstig uit een muzikaal gezin, startte in eerste instantie als zangeres van de band Banda Eva en ging daarna verder als solo zangeres. Ze won drie keer een Grammy Award. Inmiddels beschikt ze over een eigen studio in Salvador. In de Madison square Gardens in New York trad ze o.a. op met Nelly Furtado en Juanes!
This time I turn the spotlight on Brazilian singer Ivete Maria Dias de Sangalo Cady from Juazeiro-Bahia, who has been musically active under her stage name Ivete Sangalo since 1993.
