In het eerste uur van de volgende El Mundo editie geef ik extra aandacht aan de Amerikaanse singer-songwriter Todd Snider uit Nashville. Todd is oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Portland Oregon, tijdens zijn schooltijd leerde hij mondharmonica spelen. Al op jonge leeftijd nam hij zich voor om als singer-songwriter zijn brood te gaan verdienen.. Hij ging optreden in Austin Texas, waardoor hij bekend werd als troubadour, zoals hij zichzelf ziet. Hij werkte o.a. samen met de helaas in 2020 overleden legendarische John Prine. In 2019 nam Todd het album “Cash Cabin Sessions” op in de vroegere studio van zijn held Johnny Cash!
In the first hour of the next El Mundo edition, I give special attention to American singer-songwriter Todd Snider from Nashville.
